Disciplinary Committee – Verdict 2021-11-26

Hero vs Zerve Spartans

After reviewing new evidence and reports provided, the Disciplinary Committee has made the decisions as below.

 

Zerve player #3 Mr/ Jason Rauch delivered a full on check / punch to the head of Hero player #20 Mr. Robert Wong in retaliation to an earlier play that was reckless and dangerous. Mr. Wong tried to clear the puck but was stopped by point man and was watching the puck, unsuspectingly Mr. Rauch charged at Mr. Wong to deliver a check/punch with his hand still on the stick to Mr. Wong's head/face. Mr. Wong was thrown back. 

 

1) Cross check /punch when #20 did not have possession of the puck and not involved in the play. 

2) cross check/punch to opponent front head  reckless endangering opponent

3) deliberate punch/check to the head when player not in position to avoid such hit

 

Zerve Spartans Mr. Jason Rauch will receive 4 games suspension, which will carry forward to next sesaon (1 game).
