Zerve Spartans vs Hero

After reviewing videos and the reports provided, the Disciplinary Committee has made the decisions as below.

Hero #81, Gavino Ng, received a minor penalty for roughing and 10 min misconduct.

Mr. Gavino Ng’s action was reckless with poor judgement. Mr. Ng gave no intention to play the puck and intentionally delivered an illegal body-check to a disregarded player. He was also a repeat offender and was given consecutive warning and suspensions. HKAHC will not be tolerated given this would be Mr. Ng’s third infractions. Mr. Gavino Ng will be given 7 games suspension, which will carry forward to next season.

Appeal Decision:

With no new evidence submitted and Mr. Gavino Ng’s failure to attend an in-person meeting, HKAHC Council has reached a unanimous decision to dismiss the appeal of the case.

The Council held that Ng is a repeat offender with suspension records.

The Council will further impose an indefinite ban on the player as Ng continues to display reckless behaviour with poor judgement. His dangerous on-ice behaviour is not to be tolerated given the appeal is the third infraction within two years.
