Premiere Division - Borrowing Skater(s) and Star points system
Each Premiere Team may have many players with ˇ§6ˇ¨ or ˇ§7ˇ¨ points. We have no restriction on the team when they borrow players with these rankings.
However, each team will have only 32 star pts for the players who rank ˇ§8ˇ¨ and ˇ§Aˇ¨ each game, and these star points cannot transfer to other team and they cannot be accumulate to the next game. These star pts are used to exchange Star Player(s) to play for a team.
- One ˇ§Aˇ¨ = Two ˇ§8ˇ¨ points skaters = 16 points
If a team is missing an ˇ§Aˇ¨ player in a game, the team captain may:
- Get a substitute to replace whoever is going to absent with the same ranking or lower.
- Borrow two ˇ§8ˇ¨ points skaters
- Borrow any players to fill the team up to max 18 skaters. Recommend 13 or 15 skaters.
Notes, Captains must inform the league by filling in the ˇ§Substitute Player Request formˇ¨ before the start of the game.
However, if a player with star points suspended, his team will suffer by missing this player and his or her star points will be suspended at the same time.
For example, Team XYZ, players X [8] got a game suspended. Team XYZ, may be missing players X and they can only borrow player WITHOUT point subs players X during the period of his suspension.
Teams may borrow goalies with a lower ranking (in goalie standing) or any RD goalie. If this is not possible then teams borrowing goalies with higher ranking will be approved.
Notes, Captains must inform the league by filling the ˇ§Substitute Player Request formˇ¨ before the start of the game.
Regular Division - Borrowing Skater(s) and Star points system
Each Regular Team may have many players with ˇ§0ˇ¨ points. We have no restriction on the team when they borrow a player with ˇ§0ˇ¨ ranking.
However, each team will have only 22 star pts for the players who rank ˇ§5ˇ¨ and ˇ§6ˇ¨ each game, and these star points cannot transfer to other team and they cannot be accumulate to the next game. These star pts are used to exchange Star Player(s) to play for a team.
- One ˇ§7ˇ¨ = One ˇ§5ˇ¨ points skater + One ˇ§6ˇ¨ points skater = 11points
If a team is missing one ˇ§5ˇ¨ points skater and one ˇ§6ˇ¨ points skater,
- This team may get 2 substitution skaters to replace whoever is going to absent with the same ranking or lower.
- Borrow players with ˇ§0ˇ¨ ranking to fill the team up to max 18 skaters. Recommend 13 or 15 skaters.
Notes, Captains must inform the league by filling the ˇ§Substitute Player Request formˇ¨ before the start of the game.
However, if a player with star points who got suspended, his team will suffer to miss this player and these star points will be suspended at the same time.
For example, Team XYZ, players X [6] got a game suspended. Team XYZ, may be missing players X and they can only borrow player WITHOUT point subs players X during the period of his suspension.
Teams may borrow goalies with a lower ranking (in goalie standing). If this is not possible then teams borrowing goalies with higher ranking will be approved.
Notes, Captains must inform the league by filling the ˇ§Substitute Player Request formˇ¨ before the start of the game.
Suspension
Suspension may carry on to the next season if there were not enough games for a penalized player to serve. Players who are suspended must serve that suspension without refund of payment if they are a full time roster player. If the suspended player is a part-time roster player, then that player must pay for the games that he is suspended for.
For example, if a player is suspended for three games for the disregard of safety to others and he is a part time roster player, he would have to pay for three games BEFORE these games start and not play those three games. (He may pay these 3 games all at once, but this payment must be made otherwise suspension will not start to count)
Any suspended games a player serves and pays for, count towards games played for the playoffs. For example, if a part time roster player is suspended for 3 games and pays for them, those three games will count towards his eligibility for playing in the playoffs.
Player Trading and enroll to the roster
Players are allowed to trade between teams. However, the trade must be confirmed by the players who are involved, the captains on both teams, and the league committee. Player Trading must be done before the deadline: Feb 10th, 2008

Each player may register for only one team in each division.
