Game Commissioner
There is a Game
Commissioner for every game. He/she will represent the club,
HKAHC, to take charge of the game. He/She will instruct the
scorekeeper(s) what to do, monitor the game, and make sure
everything goes correctly.
Administrative
Officer
There is an Administrative
Officer to work for HKAHC. He will handle
the administration works, includes, collect money, collect
members registration form, and etc¡K
League Fee
Preimere Division
Full Time
players: Skater $2560 , Goalie $ 1380 for the entire season
¡V non refundable
Regular Division
Full Time
players: Skater $2130 , Goalie $ 1165 for the entire season
¡V non refundable
For Both Division
Part Time players: $ 150 per game
2nd Game on the same night: $50 (Full Time/Part Time)
For
example, Full Time Player, Mr. X, played another game after
his own game. He needs to pay only $ 50. On the other hand,
a Part Time Player, Mr. Y, played 2 games, he needs to pay
only $ 150 + $ 50 = $ 200.
Premiere Division Regulation
Minimum Player on Roster and Skater per Game
Each Team MUST have at least 10 Full Time Roster players( Maximum is 12) + at least 1 Full Time Roster Goalie (Maximum is 2).
The minimum number of skaters per game is 8. Teams with 7 or less skaters will forfeit their game and given a loss on their record.
Borrowing Skater(s) and Star points system
Each team will have 13 star pts for each game, and these star pts can not transfer to other team and they can not be accumulate to the next game. These star pts are used to exchange Star Player(s) to play for a team.
If a team is short of skaters in a game, the team captain may:
i) You may get substitutes to replace whoever are going to absent with the same ranking or lower. You may borrow up to with 10 skaters.
ii) borrow any RD team players to fill the team up to max 12 skaters.
For example, Team Pandas, players Terry Choi [4] and Laputa Poon are going to miss a game, pandas may get any player who ranked 4 or below to subs Terry, and a player who ranked 0 star point to subs Laputa, and if they wanted more skaters, they may look for Regular Division players to fill up the team up to 12 skaters.
Notes, Captains must inform their opponent's team leaders and the league before the start of the game.
a) However, if a player with star points who got suspended, his team will suffer to miss this player and this team may not use these star points to borrow other player during the period of suspension.
For example, Team Pandas, players Terry Choi [4] got a game suspended. Team Pandas may be missing Terry and they can only borrow player WITHOUT point subs Terry during the period of his suspension.
Teams may borrow goalies with a lower ranking (in goalie standing) or any RD goalie. If this is not possible then teams borrowing goalies with higher ranking will be approved. Captains must inform opponent team leaders and the league before the start of the game.
Playoffs
For AHL 2006-2007, there will be 15 games in PD. All skaters have to attend at least 7 games in order to become eligible to play in the playoffs. This rule does not apply to Goalies.
Suspension
Suspension may carry on to the next season if there were not enough game for a penalized player to serve. Players who are suspended must serve that suspension without refund of payment if they are a full time roster player. If the suspended player is a part-time roster player, then that player must pay for the games that he is suspended for.
For example, if a player is suspended for three games for the disregard of safety to others and he is a part time roster player, he would have to pay for three games BEFORE these game started and not play those three games. (He may pay these 3 games all at once, but this payment must be made otherwise suspension will not start to count)
Any suspended games a player serves and pays for, count towards games played for the playoffs. For example, if a part time roster player is suspended for 3 games and pays for them, those three games will count towards his eligibility for playing in the playoffs.
Eligible for awards
All players have to attend at least 7 games in order to become eligible to be a candidate for any award.
Player Trading and enroll to the roster
Players are allowed to trade between teams. However, the
trade must be confirmed by the players who are involve, the
captains on both teams, and the league committee. Player Trading
must be done before the deadline: Feb 4 th , 2007
Players not listed will need to be subject to a vote from the captains + COOL (7 votes), in order to enroll in the league.

NEW RULES for Season 06-07 These are the videos for the new rule for season 06-07. We would uphold the standard high to keep the game easier for skilled players to excel. Yet please take note that we do not allow any intentional body ckeching, only angling for the puck is allowed.
